Even though being home with two kids is a ton of work.. without Eric.. some how I end up with more time. I am taking advantage by figuring out how to shed some pounds! I have a great friend at work that has joined me in trying to stick to this diet for 17 days. I think it is doable..so wish me luck! Day 1 went well. It asks you to eat low carb and to stop eating fruit before 2:00 in the afternoon. The other part is that they want you to exercise for 17 minutes. Today I walked up and down the stairs while Kole bathed. I can see him as I walk up and down and he can talk to me and keep me company while I get my 17 mintues in. Tomrrow I will have to find another creative way to fit the 17 mintues in. But you have to agree ...everyone has 17 minutes.
